Life Science Cares Philadelphia

Team Run Forrest Run

Team Run Forrest Run is back at it, this time heading to the mountain trails of Steamboat Springs, Colorado in September 2026 to raise $100,000 for Philadelphia as part of the $1 million Climb for Community campaign.

Why they climb

Every mile supports Philadelphia.

Because while progress is happening, the need is still real. Nearly one in five Philadelphians live in poverty, and roughly 300,000 residents are navigating life below the poverty line.

At the same time, many families continue to face food insecurity and limited access to opportunity. Every step, climb, and sore muscle is in service of changing that reality.

Team Run Forrest Run is climbing to support Life Science Cares Philadelphia’s work across basic needs, education, and economic opportunity.

The crew taking on the climb

This crew may be more used to navigating the life sciences industry than mountain terrain, but they’re showing up all the same. Fueled by purpose, and probably a little friendly competition, they’re proving what this community can do together.
