Life Science Shares empowers individuals to pledge future wealth-building to fight poverty. Participants commit a portion of their earnings from transformative financial events to accelerate innovation and progress in the fields of basic survival, education, and opportunity. It’s a great way to bet on yourself, bet on our industry and ensure that when we do well, so does our broader community at-large.
How It Works
- Make a Pledge: Commit a percentage or amount tied to a specific financial event. You can make a pledge based on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Stock Sales or Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
- Income: Salary, consulting, or other earnings
- Business Profits
- Commissions or Fees
- Bonuses
- Cash Contributions: Including annual gifts
- Board or Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) Compensation
- Fulfill Your Pledge: Upon the realization of your pledged event, your contribution is allocated to support vital life sciences initiatives.
- Create Impact: Your generosity fuels innovative solutions to combating poverty at a systemic level via Life Science Cares, the industry’s collective effort to give back.
